I wish every business I patronized had the same attitude about customer service as Sugarless Delite. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll feel pampered and catered to. I get the feeling that I'm finally experiencing the same "bakery experience" as others who can eat sugar. I've never been in the store when at least one employee hasn't offered to help me and offered me a sample of a fresh, sugar-free treat. THIS is the way to build customer loyalty. They even call to see if I want to place an order when the holidays approach and they haven't heard from me. As busy as I and many others are, I hadn't even bothered to notice the calendar. I was so grateful that they contacted me, I would have hugged them if I could have. All that was left for me to do was pick up my wonderful sugar-free pies. It was a big help in de-stressing my holiday!
